We have just returned from a two week stay at Kew Lodge (August 29-Sept12)
Suzie Magnus is wonderful to deal with -- she is prompt in her responses
and very obliging. The apartment is well appointed, VERY clean and beautifully
located. The underground is less than a 5 minute walk away and the Victoria
Gate entrance to Kew Gardens is only a block and a half away. The little
village has every service imaginable including a bank, butcher, greengrocer,
baker, variety store and restaurants. Kew Lodge is one of the best sites
we have rented. We would definitely stay there again when visiting London.

We stayed at Kew Lodge for four weeks in summer 2000. The apartment
is in a perfect location, just across the street from Kew Gardens and
only a short walk from the shops and the tube station, and it has everything
one could ask for. We would especially recommend it for families with
children. Suzie Magnus stocked the apartment with videos, books, toys,
etc. Our kids were sad to leave. We would stay there again.

We just returned from a stay at Kew Lodge (Oct. 9-19) and loved it.
It was so nice to come home to our apartment after a day of seeing the
sights in London. The apartment was quite large, immaculate and decorated
beautifully. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to wake up in
the morning. Suzie was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend this property. When I return to London, I will stay
here again. You just don't find places like this with all the room for
this kind of price in London

was sincerely appreciated. After travelling on the TUBE with luggage,
we have decided that taxis are the best way to get around.

Was Great! Good start point for day trips by car, convenient to London
by underground. Visited Warwick Castle, Stratford, Windsor, Brighton,
Canterbury, Stonehenge, Hampton Court Palace and the sights of London.

We travelled to London for my son's wedding in Kew Gardens. Obviously
we found the perfect location to stay! The flat was gorgeous. We had
every possible thing we would need for entertaining family, preparing
our own dinners, and getting everyone dressed and ready the day of the
wedding! The village of Kew is delightful. The tube into London and
to the trains to pick up family members from other parts of Europe just
a 5 min. walk away. Lovely restaurants were plentiful - we especially
enjoyed 'Ask' - a 10 min. walk, beside the gardens. We could escape
the preparations and walk along the Thames, or pick up extra supplies
in the village, or just give in and relax with the TV or VCR! Our many
thanks to Susie for being there to help with any need - taxi to bring
us in - even though our original flight was cancelled, taxi information
for all our needs, and juggling our week a bit since we could not go
Sat to Sat. It's a gorgeous flat in a lovely location with a helpful
'landlady'!

Suzie, just a note to let you
know how much my family and I enjoyed staying at Melvin Court last week.
The apartment was in great shape, and we enjoyed the proximity to Kew
village and the underground. Alas, our holiday ended much too soon, and
now it's back to the grind.

This is to thank you for sharing your comfortable and convenient flat
with us. We found it very nice with the dishwasher, washer and dryer,
and all the information that was in the flat.
It was so very nice to share the experience of living in this charming
village of Kew. My son,
2 daughters and I thought it was very convenient to walk the short distance
to the underground tube to London,
the attractive little village of Kew and Kew Gardens. We only rented
a car one day so we could visit Warwick Castle and Blenheim Palace.
Otherwise we used our day passes to travel by the underground and bus
to London and Hampton Court. Also enjoyed our boat trip back from Hampton
Court to London
on the scenic Thames River. Thanks for making our trip to your country
very comfortable and
enjoyable. We will surely recommend your flat to anybody we know who
plans to visit London.
